Kindergarten classrooms use a color system to track your child's choices and behaviors.
The colors and their representations are as follows:
Green: Excellant choices in school!
Blue: Good/Ok choices with warnings.
Yellow: Some negative choices with several warnings and an in class time out.
Red: Many negative choices with many warnings, and "bounced" to another kindergarten class for reflection on behavior.
You will find a record of your child's choices in the scholar's agenda each day. Praise and reward your scholar for good behavior and speak with them about the importance of their positive choices.
When we make good choices it helps keep everyone safe, it helps us all learn more, and enables us to have more fun!
